September </b>einladen. Organizing ist ein aus den USA stammender Begriff, der eine systematische Form der Organisierung um konkrete politische Projekte herum bezeichnet. Seit einigen Jahren haben die Gewerkschaften Organizing für sich entdeckt, jetzt wollen wir uns ansehen, was das für DIE LINKE bringen kann.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;line-height:115%;mso-element:frame;mso-element-frame-hspace:7.05pt;mso-element-wrap:around;mso-element-anchor-vertical:paragraph;mso-element-anchor-horizontal:column;mso-height-rule:exactly"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Wir wollen Euch zu <b>MultiplikatorInnen für Organizing-Projekte</b> in der LINKEN ausbilden. Als solche wollen wir uns befähigen, lokale Konflikte im Stadtteil, im Ort oder im Betrieb zu führen und zu gewinnen – das kann eine Buslinie sein, die eingestellt werden soll, ein Schwimmbad, das geschlossen werden soll, ein Tarifvertrag, der durchgesetzt werden soll. Wir wollen lernen, wie man im Bündnis mit anderen Vereinen, NGOs, Parteien oder BürgerInnen ein konkretes Problem angeht und dabei DIE LINKE vor Ort stärkt. Das kann eine Chance sein, Neumitglieder in die Arbeit des Kreisverbandes zu integrieren, die LINKE bekannter zu machen und als Akteur in sozialen Bewegungen zu etablieren und nicht zuletzt, neue Mitglieder zu gewinnen. Das Seminar ist <b>für EinsteigerInnen ins Organizing </b>geeignet und richtet sich an aktive Parteimitglieder.
