mit der Stellungnahme der Verwaltung einmal zuschicken?
Vielleicht taucht das Thema noch einmal im Schulausschuss auf.<br>

<p><font face="Arial">Wir hatten ja 2017 auch im Schulausschuss
einen entsprechenden Änderungsantrag (auch zum in der Beschlussvorlage
erwähnten ÖPP) gestellt, der allerdings geschlossen von den
anderen Parteien abgelehnt wurde. Die Durchführung der Arbeiten
per Ein-Euro-Jobs stieß und stößt bei der Handwerkskammer auf
heftige Kritik (wie auch ÖPP).</font></p>

Interessant ist, dass man meinen Ergänzungsantrag vom 20. März 2017, TOP
9.2.2.1, in der TO nicht mehr findet. Man findet auch nicht mehr den
Prüfauftrag. Wenn man den Antrag finden will, muss man tatsächlich die
Antragsnummer in die Suche eingeben. Dann findet man den Antrag. Finde
ich schon ein bisschen merkwürdig. Ob der Verwaltung das zu peinlich ist?
Ich habe es jedenfalls mit Links auf Facebook gepostet, so dass man
nicht lange suchen muss.

das Wichtigste habe ich glatt vergessen. In der Mitteilung (Mail) heißt
es auch: "Zur Durchführung auch dieser begleitenden Arbeiten auf den
Kölner Schulhöfen sind ca. 30 neue sozialversicherungspflichtige
Arbeitsverhältnisse begründet worden."
Das bedeutet, es gibt dort keine "Arbeitsgelegenheiten", sondern 30 (!)
sozialversicherungspflichtige Arbeitsverhältnisse. Darüber habe ich die
Presse bereits natürlich informiert und ich denke, dass man darüber auch
berichten wird. Beharrlichkeit zahlt sich eben aus.
